The book idea that started it all – some 230+ pages strong. It details what I discovered after 40+ consecutive years in the gym, having earned a Masters in Exercise Science, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS, NCAA coach is required to have), CPT, Precision Nutrition Coach Certification, Online Training Certification and several more. Anyway, far more importantly, I found those that participated in both a fitness and nutrition program and a life coaching program simultaneously had better results and maintained them longer than clients who opted for personal training only.
